Melissa White Photography offers five unique senior session experiences:

Prints, products, and digital image files are ALL purchased separately at the session premiere as outlined below. 

Customizable collection purchase required for all sessions with the exception of the YB mini session. Print and Product Collections begin at $800.

Step 2: Choose your date and schedule your session

(non-refundable session fee deposit required to secure your session date)

We have very limited dates available for Summer and Fall Sessions to accommodate yearbook deadlines.  Senior portraits are available for scheduling all year long,  so if you are unable to schedule a senior portrait session before your school’s yearbook deadline, no worries! We offer yearbook mini sessions to accommodate deadlines.  Schedule a yearbook mini session to get a beautiful yearbook image in time for submission and then schedule a full session in the spring, or anytime during your senior year and we will capture gorgeous images, create one-of-a-kind heirloom products and custom design graduation announcements just for you. *Please note that sessions held after yearbook deadlines are not able to be submitted to the yearbook.  

Sessions must be held before the dates listed below in order to time to schedule your Premiere Ordering Appointment and and have yearbook selection to your high school before their deadlines. Our summer calendar fills up quickly so be sure to book your session well in advance of your school's deadline. Deadlines listed are approximate and based on past experience… please confirm the deadline for your high school. I also impose my own cut off of early November for all senior sessions- for the sake of my schedule and sanity. This allows me to get yearbook photos submitted (often well ahead of time), and get your orders completed and back to you to enjoy and share in time for the holidays… and also allow me time to have time to spend time with my family and enjoy the holidays as well! Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

Morro Bay- Unfortunately, MBH does not accept yearbook submissions from any photographer other than their 1 contracted photographer.  Sessions with Melissa White Photography are for the exclusive purposes of  creating wall art, prints, digital image files, grad cards, etc... for sharing and personal enjoyment.

sTEP 3: Prepare for YOUR SESSION

After your session is scheduled and deposit paid, you will be emailed a detailed timeline itinerary for YOUR session, a preparation outline, and our exclusive What to Wear guide to help you choose outfits that will photography beautifully. No detail is overlooked. You will start gathering hair and makeup ideas to discuss with Alex during your phone consultation.

STEP 3: YOUR SESSION DAY

Come, bring all your favorite clothes, let us help you put together the perfect outfits and pair them perfectly with the locations.  Get all dolled up with professional hair and makeup and then have a blast in front of the camera.  I capture not just your beautiful face, but your personality, your smile, and the light that shines in your eyes. Together, Alex and I work to ensure you look and feel amazing, laugh the whole time (possibly at me falling or getting into crazy positions to capture the "perfect shot"), and LOVE what you see on the back of the camera. All combined, you have an incredible, once in a lifetime senior portrait experience. Truly a day to remember.

Step 4:  The Session premierE ordering Appointment

The Session Premiere Ordering Session is a fancy term for an in-person ordering appointment. We won’t leave you to wade through a confusing online gallery on your own.  When it’s time to view your photos for ordering, we will meet at our studio lounge where we will start off by viewing your photos in a beautiful custom slideshow set to music.  We will show you all of the products that we offer so you can touch, feel, and handle them all you want!  We want you to know and fall in love with exactly what you are purchasing before you do!

During your ordering session, you will order that gorgeous canvas for your wall and decide which photos will go in your signature album.  We can help you decide what photos will go best with your decor and what size would work best in your space.  Our clients love that we can help them decide what goes where and design your storyboard right in front of you, so you know it is exactly what you want!  

Immediately after your PREMIERE ORDERING SESSION, we will process your payments and your order will be on its way for you to enjoy!  

**Collection Purchase required and 1/2 payment IS DUE AT THE TIME OF YOUR ORDERING SESSION. The remaining balance is due at the time of order delivery. Additional payment plans can be arranged if necessary. All major credit cards, venmo (venmo balance or debit card only), cash, or check accepted as payment. Collections begin at 800**
